Beyond Formula 1, Live Wire also provides advanced AV technology solutions across the wider sporting industry and a variety of events, including festivals, concerts, conferences, theatre, and dance. We collaborate with renowned concert halls in London, such as the Southbank Centre, Barbican, and Sadler's Wells, to deliver skilled technicians, comprehensive support, and high-quality equipment tailored to their needs.

As Marketing Manager (Social & Brand), you will play a vital role in shaping Live Wire Productions' brand identity, fostering supplier relationships, and creating compelling marketing collateral to support business development. This role combines strategic thinking and a keen eye for detail to ensure the company's messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with our industry-leading standards.

You’ll be responsible for leading the creation of high-quality presentation materials, including credentials decks, proposals, and marketing documents, ensuring that they are visually impactful and on-brand. Additionally, you’ll manage and optimise the company website, oversee digital content creation, and ensure effective use of social media to support broader business objectives. Collaboration with key internal teams—including purchasing, new business, and content—will be essential to your success. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure our marketing assets showcase the company’s capabilities while respecting confidentiality and protecting sensitive information.

This is a hands-on role for a creative and strategic individual who is passionate about building a strong brand presence, both online and offline while delivering professional, polished marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Presentation Design: Create and refine high-quality slide decks, credentials decks, and proposals for client presentations, ensuring a professional and visually compelling finish.
  • Graphic Design: Lead the graphic design process using freelance graphic designers and the internal 3D visualiser.
  • Supplier Partnerships: Collaborate with the purchasing team to develop content and campaigns featuring supplier products, ensuring competitive pricing and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Website Management: Maintain and optimise the company website, ensuring it reflects the brand's identity and is updated regularly with engaging, relevant content.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of digital content, including videos, photography, and written materials, to support business objectives.
  • Social Media Strategy: Manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube) as part of a broader content strategy, ensuring messaging is consistent and on-brand.
  • Confidentiality Management: Curate content with discretion to protect client confidentiality and sensitive business information, particularly for high-profile events and projects.
  • Event Content Production: Work on bespoke content for high-profile events (e.g., F1), coordinating the delivery of content packs for client use post-event.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the new business team, internal videographer/photographer, and other stakeholders to create and deliver impactful content.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor the effectiveness of digital content and marketing materials, using data to optimise strategies and inform future campaigns.
  • Brand Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ensuring the brand remains innovative and competitive within the market.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, or content strategy, with a focus on presentation design and marketing collateral.
  • Strong skills in creating and delivering credentials decks, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Experience in managing websites and ensuring alignment with brand identity.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and ability to create and implement a content strategy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, particularly with business development, creative teams, and external suppliers.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Understanding of performance analytics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Experience working with high-profile clients and managing content confidentiality for competitive industries.
