For over 10 years, Live Wire has worked across Formula 1 and major live events, delivering technology and AV solutions in some of the most exciting environments in the world. From F1 paddocks and hospitality suites to concerts, theatres and festivals, our work helps bring live experiences to life. Based in Banbury, we’re a growing team that works closely together in a collaborative and supportive environment. We also support a wide range of venues and events across the UK, including concert halls, conferences, theatre and dance productions.

About the role

We’re looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our People Team. This role plays a key part in supporting day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring processes run smoothly, and helping create a positive employee experience. You’ll be at the centre of people‑related processes, from onboarding documentation and employee records to scheduling and internal coordination, working closely with teams across the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes (starters, leavers, changes)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with contracts, compliance, and right‑to‑work checks
  • Manage HR systems and internal platforms (e.g. updating records, tracking data)
  • Support internal communication and HR updates
  • Coordinate meetings, reviews, and HR‑related activities
  • Handle employee queries and provide day‑to‑day HR support
  • Assist with reporting, data tracking, and process improvements

Some knowledge of HR or People processes would be beneficial, but not essential.
