We also support world-class venues like Southbank Centre and Barbican for festivals, concerts, and conferences.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Build & operate state-of-the-art racing simulators for F1 teams, businesses, and VIP clients.
Coach drivers (from rookies to pros!) on racing techniques & performance.
Travel the world delivering unforgettable simulator experiences.
Work with cutting-edge AV & motorsport tech to bring race setups to life.
Maintain & upgrade simulators —precision tuning, software updates, and performance enhancements.
What You Bring:
✅ 2+ years of experience in race cars or simulators (driving, operating, or building).
✅ Strong understanding of racing principles, driving techniques & car setup.
✅ Confident communicator – you’ll be coaching drivers & engaging with clients.
✅ Tech-savvy – experience with networked systems, Windows/Mac & AV tech.
✅ Physically fit – happy to lift, assemble, and fine-tune high-end sim rigs.
✅ Preferably a diploma/degree in Motorsport Engineering or equivalent.
