Job Description:
Weβre on the lookout for a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee our international sporting clients and projects, including exciting ad-hoc events! π This role involves managing client communications, budgets, and ensuring flawless event execution. Youβll be the key contact for our clients (including F1 teams) and will lead meetings, track upgrades, and provide budget reports. You\’ll also collaborate closely with internal teams to keep projects running smoothly and on time. β°
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute F1 hospitality projects & ad-hoc events π€
- Be the main point of contact for clients, managing project requirements, timelines, and change requests π
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules with internal teams and external vendors π‘
- Conduct site visits to assess venues, logistics, and equipment π
- Allocate resources, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures πΈ
- Lead regular project meetings and drive improvements π
Requirements:
