We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Personal Vacation Planner to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with clients to design and book their perfect getaways — whether it’s a tropical retreat, a family road trip, a romantic escape, or a bucket-list adventure. Your goal is to take the stress out of planning and create smooth, unforgettable vacation experiences from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultations: Meet virtually with clients to discuss their vacation preferences, needs, budget, and expectations.
Custom Vacation Planning: Design tailored vacation packages, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities that align with each client’s vision.
Booking & Coordination: Reserve all travel components using supplier platforms and ensure accuracy across all reservations.
Vacation Support: Be available to support clients before and during their trips, assisting with any questions, changes, or issues that may arise.
Enhance the Experience: Recommend upgrades, excursions, travel insurance, and destination tips to make each trip extra special.
Follow Up: Check in with clients post-travel to gather feedback, encourage reviews, and promote future bookings.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with travel trends, supplier offerings, and destination news to offer the most current advice and opportunities.
Recordkeeping: Maintain organized documentation for client bookings, payments, and preferences.
Qualifications:
