The Role
As Junior Event Production Manager, you will support delivery across a varied portfolio of experiential events, F1 hospitality builds and international exhibitions, working closely with the wider production team.
- Support production management across F1 hospitality environments and experiential events.
- Manage event logistics including asset prep, shipping, crew coordination and pack-down.
- Work across multiple locations and international touring delivery, including cross-border shipments.
- Liaise with creative, account and supplier teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with pre-production planning, kit builds and spec kit management.
- Contribute to onsite delivery, health and safety checks, and post-event wrap.
- The Candidate
You will have a solid grounding in event production and be ready to step up.
The Junior Production Manager role suits someone who knows how live delivery works and wants to own more of it.
- Experience in experiential events, exhibitions or event production delivery.
- Practical understanding of event logistics, asset management and shipping.
- Comfortable working across multiple locations and international touring schedules.

- Confident communicating across creative, account and supplier teams.
Experience in F1 hospitality or familiarity with bespoke build environments is beneficial but not essential.
A background in budget tracking or international shipping documentation would also be an advantage, though not a requirement.
