Hybrid working: 2 days in office

B2B sponsorship pipelines at media companies with real industry profile on the calendar. This is the role that owns the engine behind them, building the CRM infrastructure and lead-generation function from scratch rather than inheriting someone else's setup.

  • Own a brand-new function from the ground up
  • Hybrid working, Mondays and Tuesdays in the office
  • Clear progression as the division scales
  • Work on high-profile B2B events for your portfolio
  • Active team social life
  • Established, collaborative in-house team around you

This is a media events company with an established team and a sponsorship division that is actively growing. The decision to bring the Event Sponsorship CRM & Lead Generation Manager in-house reflects genuine ambition in that direction. People here collaborate closely, ideas get backing, and the events on the calendar carry real industry profile.

The Event Sponsorship CRM & Lead Generation Manager is a new, permanent role created to consolidate what has been a freelance-led function and put one person at the centre of HubSpot administration, data integrity, cold-outreach campaigns, and marketing-qualified lead delivery to the sponsorship sales team.

  • Own and optimise the HubSpot CRM infrastructure for the sponsorship pipeline
  • Build and maintain clean, segmented B2B prospect data
  • Design and run cold-outreach and email deliverability campaigns
  • Develop lead-generation workflows that convert into qualified pipeline
  • Manage campaign performance, reporting and continuous optimisation
  • Collaborate with the sponsorship sales team to align MQL handoff
  • Oversee the transition from freelance model to fully in-house function

The right fit for the Event Sponsorship CRM & Lead Generation Manager role is someone who has owned HubSpot at an administrative or optimisation level and has demonstrable experience running B2B lead-generation campaigns, including cold-outreach and email deliverability, ideally in a tech or similarly data-driven environment. You are more energised by clean data and pipeline mechanics than by creative marketing, and you have the examples to prove what you have built.

Hands-on knowledge of other email platforms such as Marketo or Klaviyo, or experience designing landing pages and automated workflows, is beneficial but not essential. An events background is not required, and candidates from B2B tech, SaaS or data-led sectors are actively encouraged to apply for the Event Sponsorship CRM & Lead Generation Manager position.

In return, you get a genuine blank-canvas mandate, hybrid working, and a clear path to grow alongside the division as it scales. Interviews are being arranged now. Submit your application for the Event Sponsorship CRM & Lead Generation Manager role and do not sit on it.
