This well‑known set of 3 dry hire venues throughout Central London are the go‑to for a range of creative and exciting events including product launches, brand activations, corporate events, pop ups and seasonal parties. The multi‑purpose spaces offer a versatile backdrop for a wide range of business and works with a broad range of impressive clients – particularly popular with high‑profile fashion brands, as well as food & drink and technology clients.
THE ROLE
With a number of exciting developments currently taking place and an ever expanding event calendar, there is now the opportunity for an experienced Venue Manager to take responsibility for the management of day‑to‑day running of their popular venue. This is a broad Venue Manager role that includes:
- Management of the day‑to‑day running of the venue
- Acting as Duty Venue Manager during Events
- Conducting production site visits with clients prior to events
- Compiling production schedules and handover documentation
- Staffing and contractor scheduling and management
- Management of venue maintenance
- Management of stock and purchasing
- Representing the business both internally and externally
- Supporting the Sales Team, Operations Manager and Company Director
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have previous venue management experience gained from working in a venue or alternatively relevant event industry experience. This role would be perfect for an existing Venue Manager who has experience managing the operations and facilities within a venue, as well as being extremely client‑facing. A personal license holder would be beneficial, though not critical.
