You\\\’ll be joining a well-established venue in Edinburgh, delivering a variety of corporate events, both live and virtual, across multiple sectors. THE ROLE

As a Technical Project Manager, you\\\’ll be responsible from the initial planning stage right through to event delivery, advising on complex technical elements and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You\\\’ll work closely with Project Managers, clients, and crew to plan logistics, build quotations, and produce detailed pre- and post-event schedules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overall responsibility for the technical aspects of each event
  • Assisting with pitches for new business
  • Creating Health & Safety plans and risk assessments
  • Overseeing on-site rigging and de-rigging of installations
  • Troubleshooting any emerging technical issues during events
