Hybrid working: 2 days in office
- High-profile events portfolio across diverse sectors and budgets
- Genuine autonomy: flat structure, no micromanagement
- Holiday rising from 20 to 25 days with service
- Christmas to New Year shutdown on top of annual leave
- Birthday day off and a paid volunteering day
- Peer-voted internal awards and a strong social calendar
The Company
This is an established, award-winning creative events agency with close to three decades of delivery behind it. Everything sits in-house: project management, creative, design, motion graphics, technical production and on-site logistics. People tend to stay once they are in, the structure is genuinely flat, and ideas get backed. It is the kind of environment where an Event Project Manager can build a long career.
The Role
As Event Project Manager you will take full ownership of event briefs across conferences, awards, leadership summits, sales kick-offs and brand experiences, working directly with clients and in-house specialist teams from concept through to delivery.
- Interpret client briefs and develop event concepts and proposals
- Manage project budgets across a wide range of scales and formats
- Plan and coordinate resources across creative, technical and logistics teams
- Maintain stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee supplier relationships and on-site delivery
- Handle post-event reporting and client follow-up
The Candidate
You are an experienced Event Project Manager who has delivered events end to end, handling client relationships, budgets and cross-functional coordination with confidence. Comfortable interpreting briefs, managing competing priorities and keeping delivery on track without close supervision.
A background in creative or design-led projects is a real advantage, and familiarity with technical production workflows, hybrid or virtual formats, or experience on conferences and awards is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is a delivery-focused mindset and the ambition to own your projects as an Event Project Manager fully.
We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, embracing diversity across all intersecting dimensions, including ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, well-being, abilities, and neurodiversity. We are dedicated to ensuring a supportive and accessible recruitment process. If you require any adjustments or accommodations for any reason, please do not hesitate to let us know.
