The Company
This is a well-established boutique MICE agency based in West Sussex, with a strong reputation across the pharmaceutical, technology and exhibitions sectors. The team delivers live, virtual and hybrid events across the UK and internationally, with in-house logistics and creative capability. It is a busy, close-knit environment where people take on real responsibility and progress.
The Role
The Event Project Executive sits at the operational heart of the agency, supporting Project Managers across a varied international programme that includes corporate conferences, incentive travel, exhibitions and awards events, with around eight international site trips per year as part of the role.
- Delegate management, communications and query handling across multiple projects
- Flight monitoring and travel logistics coordination via agency systems
- Spreadsheet and data management, including delegate and event databases
- Building and distributing join instructions and event communications
- App and event technology support across registration and booking platforms
- Venue sourcing and contribution to smaller proposals
- On-site delivery at live events across the UK and internationally
The Candidate
The right Event Project Executive will have come up through an events agency or conference organiser and have genuine, hands‑on exposure to event delivery. Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills are a firm requirement, as is the comfort to work at pace across multiple projects in a busy international environment.
Candidates from conference management, association events or delegate management backgrounds are all worth applying as an Event Project Executive here. What matters most is a proactive attitude, sharp attention to detail, and the ambition to grow into a Project Manager role.
