Office based, 5 days per week
Behind every smooth corporate conference, gala dinner or awards night is a warehouse running exactly as it should. This is the role that owns that operation, with overtime on top of salary, genuine progression, and a fast-growing technical production agency where the team builds careers as steadily as it builds the client list.
- Overtime on top of salary
- Long-term progression and scope to shape the business
- Tight-knit team with high retention
- High-profile corporate events for your portfolio
- Electric car scheme
The Company
This is a technical production and supply agency delivering corporate events across conferences, awards ceremonies, galas and product launches, mostly for blue-chip clients and as a trusted in-house supplier to leading hotels and venues. The business has grown steadily each year, and the Event Warehouse Manager here steps into a team where ideas get backed, development is taken seriously, and people tend to stay.
The Role
The Event Warehouse Manager sits at the heart of daily operations, warehouse-based and hands-on, responsible for keeping the team sharp, the kit moving and the standards high across every outgoing and returning event.
- Lead and motivate the warehouse team day to day
- Roll up your sleeves: load trucks, prep kit, set the pace
- Drive proactive working habits and raise overall team standards
- Own the organisation and readiness of all event kit and inventory
- Oversee logistics and ensure smooth turnaround between events
- Take a solutions-first approach when issues arise on the floor
- Contribute to operational improvements as the business grows
The Candidate
The right person for this Event Warehouse Manager role has solid warehouse or operations management experience behind them and knows how to get the best out of a team, not just by telling people what to do, but by showing them. You lead from the front, get stuck in alongside the team and bring a positive, ownership-driven attitude to everything you take on.
A background in raising team standards and work ethic is beneficial but not essential. Candidates from events, logistics, production or any fast-moving operational environment are encouraged to apply. What matters most is attitude: solutions-focused, proactive and ready to take real ownership.
Salary is competitive, overtime adds meaningfully to it, and progression here is real rather than promised.
