THE COMPANY:
This agency specialise in a range of events and exhibition design crafting bespoke spaces from high-impact exhibition stands and showrooms to retail environments and branded installations. They have a wider range of services including Technical Production and dry hire too! This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a close-knit, collaborative production team that delivers exceptional quality for major clients across the UK and beyond. They handle everything from production, manufacturing to installation.
THE ROLE:
You’ll play a key part in turning the agency’s visions into reality – from build concept, to project management, delivery and installations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive a best in class service for their needs, from exhibition stands, to interiors and retail displays. The business is looking for 2x positions – one being Scenic Project Manager and the other being Senior Scenic Project Manager. These roles will require you on site at their offices and on site warehouse when not on site for delivery execution.
Responsibilities for the Scenic Project Manager roles include:
- Take client briefs for design and build needs
- Work closely with the wider production and workshop teams on ensuring the brief is executed and adhered to
- Manage sizeable budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Draw up and create technical plans and graphic elevations
- Develop relationships with suppliers
- Communicate effectively with design, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery
THE CANDIDATE:
To be successful in this role, you must ideally have experience in Project Management with a similar business in the design and build space. You will also have managed sizeable project budgets.
