Senior Project Manager -Event Build

The Company: This is a boutique experiential agency with 20 years of delivering installations, scenic builds and immersive environments for some of the most demanding luxury brand clients in the world. The in-house creative, projects and production teams work closely together under one roof, collaborating effectively to deliver high end projects for their clients.

The Role: As Senior Project Manager, you will take the lead on the agency's most complex scenic production and luxury retail builds, carrying accountability from client brief through to on-site delivery.

• Serve as the primary client contact across luxury retail and experiential events accounts
• Own budgets, critical paths and supplier relationships for complex scenic builds and pop-up environments
• Translate creative briefs into technically sound project management plans
• Collaborate directly with in-house designers and visualisers across every project stage
• Contribute to account growth and identify new business opportunities within existing clients

The Candidate: The right Senior Project Manager will bring a solid grounding in technical build project management across experiential events or scenic production, combined with confidence managing high-expectation luxury brand clients. You will need to demonstrate:

• Project management experience in experiential events or a closely related sector
• Hands-on knowledge of scenic build, technical production or installation design
• Client account management and senior stakeholder communication
• A background delivering work for luxury retail or high-end brand environments
• A track record of delivering complex builds, pop-ups or bespoke installations on time
