THE ROLE
The Senior lighting technician is responsible for the delivery of an array of lighting solutions to the portfolio of events held at several venues. You will set up, operate, and maintain lighting equipment, ensuring optimal visual effects for various productions. In addition, working with the lighting designer or end client on design plans and specifications, as well as overseeing other lighting technicians whilst onsite.

THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for a Senior Lighting Technician who possesses a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and creativity, along with the ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure. They need a strong understanding of lighting technology, practical experience in various lighting applications, and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve. Working with a broad range of desks is a must, Avalight experience would also be beneficial.
