The Company
This is a creative retail production agency with over three decades in the industry, delivering luxury visual merchandising, window displays, pop-ups and experiential activations globally. Everything from creative design and technical drawings to joinery, CNC, AV and digital is handled in-house, which means genuine craft and real collaboration across specialist teams. The client roster sits firmly at the top end of luxury retail, and the agency operates across the UK, North America, Europe and Asia.
The Role
As Senior Experiential Project Manager, you will own the full delivery of retail window installs and in-store pop-up projects, from the initial briefing stage through to on-site installation, working across a global luxury client base.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across retail window, pop-up and experiential briefs
- Manage client relationships from briefing through to final installation sign-off
- Ensure effective client communication and updates at all planning stages
- Coordinate internal creative, technical and production teams throughout each project
- Build and manage project budgets and timelines
- Lead supplier relationships throughout
- Ensure delivery standards meet the expectations of high-profile luxury clients
The Candidate
The right Senior Experiential Project Manager will have a solid background in a retail design or event production agency, with proven end-to-end ownership of retail window display, in-store pop-up or experiential activation projects for luxury or premium brands. You will be someone clients trust, with the communication and organisational skills to keep complex projects on track across multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with production processes and hands-on experience with luxury fashion brands would be beneficial. Candidates coming from adjacent backgrounds in retail production, creative installation or experiential delivery are very welcome to apply, and a Senior Experiential Project Manager stepping across from a related discipline may be considered depending on specific experience.
