The Role
The Senior Project Manager role will hold overall delivery responsibility for a broad variety of events. No two days will be the same, but broadly duties will include:
- Client liaison - building and developing key relationships
- Brief taking and pitch management
- Generating proposal ideas and costings
- Venue and 3rd party supplier management
- Timeline scheduling and overall project management
- Delegate management and logistical organisation
- Budget management up to £1 million
- On-site event delivery internationally
- Line management of a small junior team
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have event agency experience and a proven ability of managing events from brief through to onsite delivery, including client liaison and budget management. We are seeking experienced individuals with a proven event delivery background at this level and exposure to mentoring or management of a small team.
