THE ROLE
Being the main point of contact for clients, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of their events, including:
Developing new and existing client relationships
Taking a full brief and understanding the clients requirements
Pitching and presenting to clients
Planning, organising and managing resources accordingly
Sourcing and liaising with external suppliers, including DMCs, venues, etc.
Overseeing delegate registration and logistics
Taking full responsibility for the budget
Managing the onsite delivery of events
Leading and motivating junior members of the team
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate should have strong, senior level experience from within an event agency environment. Acting in a client facing position, managing the full end-to-end process of projects is essential.
Experience in mentoring and motivating junior members of a team would be beneficial for this role. You will be creative, hardworking and have an open mind to ensure the events you deliver are exceptional!
