Due to on-going success, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Event Project Manager to come on board. You will work and manage across a dedicated global drinks brand and have the responsibility of developing engaging events to a large number of consumers.
The RoleDue to continued growth they are now looking for a Senior Event Project Manager to join their growing events team. This is a hands on role where you will take key point of contact from the initial brief, developing compelling proposals through to delivering projects on-site.
Taking the initial client brief
End to end project management
Delivering multiple projects simultaneously
Working closely with in-house teams including creative, design and build
Briefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholders
Managing & communicating operating plans including project schedules and design elements
Adhering to health and safety regulations
Managing budgets and overseeing cost management
On-site project management, including overseeing stand installation and break down
The CandidateCandidates should ideally be working in a similar role as a Senior Event Project Manager, delivering brand activations or experiential campaigns.
The ideal candidate will need to have clear account management capabilities alongside experience of delivering projects endβend within a production agency. Due to the dedicated account, candidates need to have proven experience of working with drinks brands and managing client contact.
Most importantly we are looking for an ambitious Senior Event Project Manager with a willingness to learn and develop within this fantastic organisation!
