Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in office; on-site for events. London-based with some UK-wide travel required.

The Senior Production Manager stepping into this role will work across corporate and private events, from awards ceremonies and conferences to large-scale receptions, with international delivery opening up after probation.

The Role: As Senior Production Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery across a varied events portfolio, from initial planning through to on-site execution.

  • Writing and managing production schedules across concurrent events
  • Producing RAMS and maintaining IOSH and HSE compliance throughout
  • Creating detailed floor plans using Vectorworks, CAD or equivalent
  • Leading on-site delivery at events across the UK
  • Sourcing and managing contractors and crew as needed

The Candidate: The right person for this Senior Event Production Manager position is self-sufficient across all stages of technical event production and brings the judgement to manage health and safety compliance without close oversight.

  • Independent production of RAMS and working knowledge of IOSH and HSE frameworks
  • Proven track record delivering events on-site from pre-production through to live
  • Floor plan creation using drawing software, Vectorworks or CAD preferred
  • A background in events or venue management is the foundation.
  • Knowledge of the London venue market is beneficial but not essential, as is experience spanning theatre or live events.
  • Openness to occasional international travel after probation will count in your favour.
