The Senior Production Manager stepping into this role will work across corporate and private events, from awards ceremonies and conferences to large-scale receptions, with international delivery opening up after probation.

The Role: As Senior Production Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery across a varied events portfolio, from initial planning through to on-site execution.
- Writing and managing production schedules across concurrent events
- Producing RAMS and maintaining IOSH and HSE compliance throughout
- Creating detailed floor plans using Vectorworks, CAD or equivalent
- Leading on-site delivery at events across the UK
- Sourcing and managing contractors and crew as needed
The Candidate: The right person for this Senior Event Production Manager position is self-sufficient across all stages of technical event production and brings the judgement to manage health and safety compliance without close oversight.
- Independent production of RAMS and working knowledge of IOSH and HSE frameworks
- Proven track record delivering events on-site from pre-production through to live
- Floor plan creation using drawing software, Vectorworks or CAD preferred
- A background in events or venue management is the foundation.
- Knowledge of the London venue market is beneficial but not essential, as is experience spanning theatre or live events.
- Openness to occasional international travel after probation will count in your favour.
