Due to continued growth and strategic expansion, they are now seeking a dynamic Head of Production to drive their event production capability and mentor a talented department. Reporting directly to the Managing Partners, this pivotal role balances high-level senior leadership with hands-on project delivery. The successful Head of Production will own and evolve the agency's production methodology, translating ambitious creative concepts into robust, scalable experiential campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Translating client briefs into robust, scalable production strategies.
- Leading end-to-end production of experiential and live events from feasibility to on-site execution.
- Managing large-scale production budgets, resourcing, and financial performance to ensure project profitability.
- Leading, mentoring, and scaling both the internal permanent team and freelance talent.
- Acting as the senior production lead and trusted point of escalation for high-profile clients.
- Overseeing production schedules, logistics, technical builds (AV, fabrication), and health & safety compliance.
