The Role
Due to business growth, we are now seeking a production focused event project director to join this dynamic team. You will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of multiple live, virtual & hybrid events globally including conferences, launches, awards dinners.
Key duties:
- Manage, prioritise and support events from creative concept and development through initial briefing to reconciliation
- Presentation development, video design & development, branding and graphic design
- Producing detailed proposals for events briefs
- Proposing creative ideas and concepts for event briefs
- Creation and management of line-by-line client budgets
- Cordinate all teams (creative, technical, content, talent) throughout the process
- Budget management
- Site selection and show management
- Manage the client relationship and meeting management
- Overall, oversee client experiences from conception through to post-event, ensuring a consistent, high-level service throughout all phases
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years within the event industry – working across live, virtual and hybrid events from within a production focused event agency.
You will have the ability to work across multiple projects concurrently, to a high standard and take overall accountability for all projects under job remit, as well as management of project teams. If you have experience in creative solutions to event briefs, confidence to brief in various departments; technical, video, graphics, creative and entertainment then we need you!
