The Role
- Managing your own team, overseeing delivery for a wide range of clients.
- Driving themes and ideas, ensuring pitches are financially on point.
- Helping senior members of the team with planning and client facing where needed.
- Main point of contact for one account.
- Working on pitches from a project/finance/delivery viewpoint.
- Ensuring correct resourcing across accounts/projects.
- Stepping in as the "senior person" with key clients.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will come from an agency background and have a range of experience working on creative events from the initial proposal stage. They are ideally looking for someone personable that is able to work well with different types of clients.
