The Company
This events agency delivers an array of live and virtual events for global clients. Their broad portfolio includes live international events including conferences, roadshows, product launches, exhibitions, team building, business meetings, hospitality and incentives for numbers ranging from 20 β 2000 pax. Specialising in a variety of sectors such as Technology and Law, this agency works as a close-knit team ensuring an excellent service is delivered when managing events on behalf of their clients.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team to support with the end to end management of their event projects.
The Role
This is a crucial role within the business to support the wider event management team in seamless execution of a wide range of events. The Project Coordinator will focus on logistical coordination and planning collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders as well as nurturing client relationships. Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting logistics across events, exhibitions and conferences
- Updating budget trackers
- Arranging and attending internal and external project calls
- Liaising with suppliers, venues and stakeholders
- Contributing to client proposals
- Attending events onsite to support with delivery
- Communicating effectively with clients
The Candidate
To be considered for the Project Coordinator role you will have experience of working within an agency environment supporting in the delivery of events from start to finish. You will have excellent organisation skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
