THE ROLE
Supporting across the planning and implementation of operations for one of the company\βs main shows the Deputy Operations Manager\βs responsibilities will include:
β Assisting in the planning of large scale shows from an operational and logistical perspective
β Working to project timelines
β Liaising with and organising large teams of contracts
β Working with various internal departments
β Organising and managing the site offices during delivery
β Compiling key documentation such as the exhibitor manual
β Taking the lead on selected smaller projects within the show
β Generating floor plans and health & safety documentation
β Taking responsibility for budget lines
β Providing overall administrative support to the Operations Manager
β Supporting with implementation and delivery onsite during live days
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for a self-motivated and driven event professional with a background of operations support on large scale exhibition or trade show style events. Outdoor events experiences would be ideal. Experience dealing with contractors, managing floorplans and taking responsibility for budget lines would all be very beneficial.
In return you will have the opportunity to work on some truly large scale and exciting projects as part of a creative and energetic team.
