Highly supportive environment with a serious focus on your development. Access to the highest-spec in-house AV kit in the industry. Fantastic career advancement opportunities within live event production. Manage an established, dedicated team of Warehouse Technicians.

This leading events production and AV hire company prides itself on delivering perfectly tailored, stand-out experiences across the UK and Europe. With an enviable inventory of the highest-spec technology in the business—including high-powered projection, camera racks, the latest LED walls, and premium sound and lighting systems—they have everything needed in-house to deliver exceptional large-scale conferences, product launches, and awards shows. As a highly respected name in the industry with a rapidly growing client base, there has never been a better time for an AV Warehouse Manager to come on board.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced AV Warehouse Manager to join their expanding team. This role covers every element of internal operations and stock control, from leading a team of technicians to ensuring all equipment is meticulously prepared and safely distributed. This is a broad and hands-on position where the AV Warehouse Manager will use all of their technical and leadership expertise, including:

  • Providing hands‑on technical guidance across a broad spectrum of audio‑visual equipment
  • Direct management, mentoring, and scheduling of a team of Warehouse Technicians
  • Conducting regular stock checks and utilising specialised rental software
  • Liaising closely across internal departments and project management teams
  • Documenting and tracking all equipment going in and out of the building

  • Optimising all storage space, warehouse layouts, and operational loading areas
  • Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations, keeping the environment secure at all times

Candidates should ideally be working in a similar technical operational role as an AV Warehouse Manager or a senior technician ready to step up, with a strong background in a rental or event production warehouse environment. A deep, hands‑on technical understanding of modern audio‑visual kit is required, alongside strong communication skills to manage a busy team. Most importantly, we are looking for a proactive, ambitious AV Warehouse Manager with a keen desire to learn, a willingness to get involved, and a commitment to maintaining the highest industry standards.

In return, they offer a fantastic working environment, competitive salaries, and a clear path to expand your experience within a supportive company culture that takes your professional progression seriously.
