The Role
The Event Operations and Team Lead roleis a succession-planning appointment, created to expand design capacity and build the next layer of senior technical leadership.
- Work alongside the Technical and Design Directors from concept through delivery.
- Support design, procurement and operational delivery across live events projects.
- Contribute to resource planning, commercial decisions and solutions development.
- Help lead and develop operational and technical teams in a build environment.
- Build knowledge of relevant standards, manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- The Candidate
The right person for the Event Operations and Team Lead roleis an experienced operational or technical lead with genuine ambition and the foundations to step up.
You are not at the ceiling of your career, you are ready to reach it.
You will have experience managing teams within event production, staging, temporary structures, construction or manufacturing, with commercial awareness and solutions-focused thinking already in your toolkit.
Business operations and resource planning will be familiar ground.
Knowledge of temporary demountable structures or relevant BS, EN and Eurocode standards is beneficial but not essential, as is a background with international supply chain partners.
Full right to work in the UK is required.
