THE COMPANY

This leading real estate investment company offer over 80 distinctive, high end, design led office spaces across London. They have won multiple awards for their high-quality design and offer a place to connect, collaborate and curate memorable experiences for their members.

In the past 4 years they have additionally launched 2 members lounges, for the exclusive use of their London office occupiers. These lounges offer dedicated events space for private hire, meetings rooms, touchdown working spots and an in-house café.

THE ROLE

Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for a Member Experience Coordinator to come on board and deliver unparalleled levels of service in an intuitive and bespoke manner. This will involve elements of event coordination, guest management, onboarding new members, relationship building with partners and members and managing room bookings.

A broad role this Member Experience Coordinator’s responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering an excellent level of customer service.
  • Building genuine relationships with members, getting to know regulars and consistently ensuring everyone is dealt with in a personalised manner and feels welcome
  • Welcoming and checking in members and their guests
  • To be knowledgeable on the portfolio and brand, and confident talking about this.
  • Providing all new/first time members the correct onboarding, explaining the lounge & member benefits, hosting new member inductions, explaining the app, and hosting tours.
  • Managing reception mailbox enquiries, WhatsApp business account & responding to them in a timely manner in line with expectations set.
  • Meaningful app contribution to stimulate digital content & drive engagement.
  • To include diary and booking system management, private hire details, meeting room bookings.
  • Setting up & breakdown of rooms ready for guest arrival
  • Confident & familiar with meeting room AV conference & presentation configurations
  • Confident setting up the lounge both private hire and member events
  • Ensure marketing collateral and signage within the Lounges are current.
  • Understanding of health & safety policies and procedures

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, with some experience in a customer facing role that has an events management element. You will be highly organised and very comfortable using Microsoft software programmes and handling administrative tasks. This role requires someone who is looking for a role that provides variety, where no two days are ever the same!
