The Role
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their growing marketing team. This role is key for supporting the marketing team with end-to-end campaign management, creating stand out content for social media platforms whilst supporting paid socials and reporting on market trends to ensure the team are always hitting the mark. This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to gain hands-on experience across the full marketing mix, from email marketing and social media to research, reporting, partnerships, and campaign operations. Responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day admin support to keep campaigns running smoothly.
- Creating eye-catching content in Canva, and writing engaging copy for emails, web, print, and social content.
- Researching competitors to shape messaging and uncover new campaign opportunities.
- Raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and tracking marketing spend for reporting.
- Coordinating, sending and monitoring email campaigns using internal and external platforms.
- Logging marketing-driven revenue and preparing weekly reports to track campaign impact and ROI.
- Supporting organic and paid social media activity, including writing, scheduling, and managing campaign logistics.
- Preparing clear handover documents to aid telemarketing outreach.
- Collaborating with teams across the business to ensure campaign success.
The Candidate
To be considered for this Marketing Assistant role the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate confidence under pressure, managing tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality work. You’ll have excellent writing skills with a creative flair, and will be able to craft engaging promotional content across digital and print channels. Highly organised and methodical, you’ll bring a strong sense of ownership to your work, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred but not essential if you possess previous experience in a similar Marketing Assistant role. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who naturally puts the customer first, communicates clearly, works collaboratively, and thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment where trust, curiosity, and teamwork are core-values for this business.
