Hybrid working: 3 days in office
A step into Luxury Event Producer work where the experiences are genuinely one-off, the destinations are spectacular, and the team around you has the expertise to match. Trusted autonomy from day one, a portfolio that opens doors, hybrid working built in.
- Bespoke, one-off experiences for your portfolio
- Genuinely beautiful international event destinations
- Small, expert team where your judgement is trusted
- Hybrid working with flexibility built in
The Company
This is a London-based luxury automotive events specialist with over a decade of delivering some of the most exclusive multi -day supercar event experiences available. Their clientele is invited, repeat and UHNW, and the events reflect that: multi-day drives through Europe, private cultural experiences, and hospitality at an extraordinary level. The permanent team is small and highly collaborative, with a culture built around deep expertise and trusted decision-making.
The Role
As Luxury Event Producer you will own the end-to-end production of multi-day international experiences, working directly with high-net-worth clients and taking full responsibility for logistics, supplier relationships and on-the-ground delivery.
- Plan and manage multi-day international event logistics from concept to delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with UHNW clients throughout the event journey
- Source, brief and manage luxury suppliers, venues and hospitality partners
- Coordinate vehicle and guest travel logistics across international locations
- Oversee freelance resource during peak event delivery periods
- Manage budgets and supplier contracts to agreed standards
The Candidate
You are an experienced Luxury Event Producer who has delivered high-end, multi-day or international events for discerning clients, and who is comfortable managing UHNW or corporate hospitality relationships without close supervision. You make confident decisions independently and bring genuine production expertise to complex, logistically demanding programmes.
A background in automotive or motorsport events would be beneficial but not essential. Experience in managing detailed travel plans and luxury events for HNWI is what matters most. You must be extremely organised, used to working with similar clientele and have an eye for luxury detail.
This Luxury Event Producer role sits at a genuinely rare level: events of this calibre, with a team that knows the territory inside out.
Please note a driving licence is essential
