The Role

This is a hands-on and technical role, responsible for transforming creative concepts into detailed construction drawings. You’ll manage the drafting process from initial concept through to final production, ensuring accuracy, feasibility and alignment with project requirements.

  • Producing detailed 2D and 3D drawings for construction and fabrication.
  • Managing multiple projects from concept through to completion.
  • Collaborating with design, production and workshop teams.
  • Developing suitable build methods, materials and techniques.
  • Supporting workshop teams with technical queries and adjustments.
  • Researching and implementing new construction methods and materials.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
  • Attending site visits and client meetings when required.
