This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Partnerships Manager to take ownership of major commercial partnerships, work with leading brands, and contribute to large-scale live event projects within a fast-paced environment.
THE ROLE
As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for driving sponsorship revenue and managing commercial partnerships across a portfolio of live events and talent-led projects. The Senior Partnerships Manager will take ownership of partnerships from initial pitch and negotiation through to activation and post-event reporting.
Responsibilities will include:
- Driving new business opportunities and securing sponsorship revenue across live events and experiences
- Developing and pitching commercial partnership propositions to brands and sponsors
- Managing partnership negotiations including pricing, deliverables, and contractual agreements
- Acting as the lead contact for commercial partners throughout the event lifecycle
- Building and developing long‑term client and sponsor relationships
- Collaborating with internal departments to develop innovative partnership concepts and new revenue streams
- Working closely with talent and brand teams on live event commercial strategies
- Supporting the creation of sponsorship materials, proposals, and activation plans
- Managing event partnership delivery onsite and overseeing post-event evaluations
- Providing reporting, forecasting, and partnership performance insights
- Supporting wider commercial team initiatives and partnership enquiries
- Line managing and mentoring junior team members
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have a proven background in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, and live event commercial management, ideally gained within an agency, entertainment, or live events environment. The ideal Senior Partnerships Manager will have strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills, experience managing multiple stakeholders, and a proven ability to deliver against commercial revenue targets. Experience working across festivals, tours, experiential projects, or talent‑led events would be highly beneficial.
