The Role
The Senior Event Project Executive will support Project Managers in the delivery of a wide variety of events.
Responsibilities
- Managing small projects from brief to delivery
- Acting as a point of client contact
- Processing event enquiries and preparing proposals
- Working closely with external suppliers and key stakeholders
- Sourcing venues, entertainment and flight options
- Managing event logistics
- Developing event budgets and reconciling
- Supporting the team with onsite delivery - UK and internationally
- Attending team meetings and industry events

The ideal candidate should have experience working as a Senior Event Project Executive within an events role, ideally from within an agency environment, both supporting across larger projects and managing smaller projects from end to end.
