THE ROLE

Due to business growth and team expansion, an exciting position has become available for a Senior Events Executive to manage a portion of their growing portfolio of events. Working within their close-knit and busy events team, responsibilities are broad and include:

  • Project manage 10+ events per year.
  • Responsible for ownership, accountability, and reporting for all logistical elements of the allocated events.
  • Liaise with the venue in the lead up to the event: floorplan, venue function sheet etc.
  • Process invoices to ensure prompt payment.
