The Company:
This internationally recognised experiential agency creates award-winning live experiences for some of the world’s most exciting brands. With multiple offices, they specialise in creating impactful experiences across brand experience, sponsorship activation and B2B events. The Role:
They are now looking for someone who can help elevate their market presence, support ambitious growth plans and connect teams across their international offices. Based in their London office, this is a senior, highly visible role sitting at the heart of the agency’s growth strategy. Working closely with senior leadership and teams across multiple disciplines, you will drive new business activity, lead strategic pitches and help shape the agency’s external positioning. A broad role, responsibilities include:
- Leading new business strategy and pipeline development
- Managing pitches, RFPs and credentials responses
- Creating compelling proposals and strategic presentations
- Building relationships with senior clients and stakeholders
- Identifying growth opportunities across existing and new accounts
- Supporting agency positioning, awards and thought leadership activity
- Developing case studies and market insights to support growth
- Collaborating with teams across multiple disciplines and locations
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience within a live events, experiential or creative agency environment, with a strong understanding of how brands use experiences, sponsorship and activations to deliver impact. You will have a proven background in new business, business development, pitch leadership or strategic client growth, with the ability to develop compelling narratives and win work with senior stakeholders. This is not a traditional sales role; the successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who understands agency environments, enjoys building relationships and can confidently champion the value of live experiences. You will be commercially aware, highly collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong presentation skills, excellent communication abilities and the confidence to influence senior audiences are essential.
