THE ROLE
A fantastic position has now become available for a Group Business Development Manager. You will play a key part in shaping the agency's growth strategy, identifying new revenue streams, and building meaningful client relationships. You'll work closely with leadership and delivery teams, acting as a seamless extension of both. This is a broad Group Business Development Manager role that includes:
- Develop and help define 3-year business development strategy across all departments.
- Identify target markets, sectors, and clients aligned with agency strengths.
- Translate long-term strategy into clear, actionable plans and milestones.
- Monitor performance against growth targets and adapt strategy accordingly.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline.
