The Company
This agency is well known in the industry for delivering fantastic and innovative live experiences across the globe. Offering in-house services including logistics, production and design, they have established an enviable client base of brilliant blue chip brands! Their work is highly diverse and can include brand experiences, product launches, conferences through to incentives across the globe!
The Role
Due to continued growth they are now looking for an Event Project Coordinator to join their growing events team. The role will be hands on in supporting Senior Project Managers across the board! Working in a fast paced environment, you will need to be highly organised and assist the team in delivering highly creative events! This role covers every element of Event Management, from taking the initial client brief through to managing the client relationship and then overseeing everything coming together on site.
This is a broad role where the Event Project Coordinator will use all of their event and project management skills and experience, including:
- Client liaison
- Assisting with client briefs
- Venue sourcing
- Delegate management
- Supplier liaison
- Site visits
- Assisting on-site
- Budget management
The Candidate
Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as an Event Project Coordinator for an experiential or events agency with experience in event delivery. The ideal candidate will need to have proven experience in supporting a busy events team, preferably in an agency environment. Candidates must be able to work under pressure and support on multiple projects at any one time. Candidates must be confident client facing and have meticulous attention to detail!
