The Company
This business operates a busy and versatile London venue, hosting a wide range of events from corporate conferences through to large‑scale brand activations across multiple sectors. The Role
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Event Operations Manager to join their team. This is a broad and hands‑on role, managing events from initial client handover through to on‑site delivery and post‑event review.
Responsibilities
- Managing the end‑to‑end planning and delivery of multiple events simultaneously
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing guidance throughout the planning process
- Coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
- Leading operational meetings and overseeing event logistics and documentation
- Managing on‑site delivery, ensuring events run smoothly and safely
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and venue policies
- Supporting post‑event processes including feedback and financial reconciliation
The Candidate
Candidates should have experience in event operations, ideally within a venue, agency, or large‑scale event organiser environment. You will be highly organised, confident managing multiple projects, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting. You will need strong communication and stakeholder management skills, this is essential, along with a proactive and solutions‑focused approach. Experience working with suppliers, clients, and operational processes is key.
