This business operates a busy and versatile London venue, hosting a wide range of events from corporate conferences through to large-scale brand activations across multiple sectors. It offers the opportunity to work on diverse, high-quality events within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Event Manager/Operations Manager to join their team. This is a broad and hands-on role, managing events from initial client handover through to on-site delivery and post-event review.
Within the Event Operations Manager role, responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end planning and delivery of multiple events simultaneously
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing guidance throughout the planning process
- Coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
- Leading operational meetings and overseeing event logistics and documentation
- Managing on-site delivery, ensuring events run smoothly and safely
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and venue policies
- Supporting post-event processes including feedback and financial reconciliation
Candidates should have experience in event operations, ideally within a venue, agency, or large-scale event organiser environment. You will be highly organised, confident managing multiple projects, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. You will need strong communication and stakeholder management skills, this is essential, along with a proactive and solutions-focused approach. Experience working with suppliers, clients, and operational processes is key.
