Role
You will join the events team as an Exhibition and Event Manager, responsible for delivering a wide range of exhibitions and shows within the venue. Key responsibilities include:
- Client, organiser and stakeholder management
- Managing organiser arrangements in alignment with other shows within the venue
- Revenue and budget management
- Briefing internal stakeholders
- Liaising with external services and suppliers
- Ensuring all venue and local authority regulations are met
- Overseeing and managing H&S
- Supporting junior team members
- Managing the post‑event process, including follow‑ups with internal teams and clients
- On‑floor event management (evenings and weekends may be required)
- Promoting services at the venue to meet annual revenue targets
- Representing the business at industry events
The Candidate
Previous experience managing the delivery of exhibitions and/or shows within a venue environment is required. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, proactive, organised and has excellent attention to detail.
