The company is a repurposed historical venue which welcomes an incredible variety of events from conferences to awards, exhibitions to fundraisers! This venue prides itself on repeat shows and clients welcoming tens of thousands of visitors to a wide range of shows and events. There is now an opportunity to join the events team as a Conference & Events Executive. The Event Executive will provide operational and administrative support for events while also acting as the main point of contact for client needs within the venue. Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients and organisers to deliver a range of events
- Arranging and conducting site visits
- Liaising with and communicating key event details to internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Support the post-event process, including follow-ups with internal teams and clients
- Act as a primary contact within the event space for clients, contributing to product development and service improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, exhibitors, and service providers
- On the floor event management (evenings and weekends can be required)
- Responding to event enquiries in order to contribute to the department budget
To be successful as a Conference & Event Executive, you will have previous experience delivering small events, excellent communication skills, initiative, and an enthusiastic approach to delivering seamless events.
