The Role
As Live Producer, this role spans across event promotion, routing tours, negotiating tour/venue deals as well as managing budgets and forecasting tour accounts for shows up to arena level capacity. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming enquiries and interpreting briefs.
  • Acting as the main point of contact with venues from booking dates through to event completion.
  • Event design, theming & mood-boarding.
  • Processing contracts.
  • Developing creative responses to briefs and preparing proposals to pitch.
  • Coordinating suppliers including catering, florists, etc.
  • Advising on technical solutions and working closely with the warehouse team.
  • Managing the install and delivery of events onsite.
  • Financial management and budget sign off responsibilities.
  • Formal line management and development of a team.
  • Internal process development and implementation to ensure quality control of delivery.

The Candidate
We are looking for candidates who have experience managing experiential projects as well as an understanding of touring/promotion teams. Individuals must have a proven ability to handle clients, convert a brief enquiry into a confirmed project and to manage the event from concept development phase through to onsite install. Live specialises in all disciplines (and at all levels) across events, experiential and exhibitions.
