The Company
This is a boutique, award-winning brand experience agency delivering roadshows, exhibitions, hospitality, fabrication, AV and corporate events for clients across automotive, construction, food and drink, healthcare and more. With in-house operations, production and fabrication teams all under one roof, they build and run the events themselves. The business is profitable, growing, and an Event Account Manager who comes in tends to find reasons to stay.
The Role
The Event Account Manager role sits at the heart of the commercial team, holding full responsibility for a portfolio of high-value client accounts while coordinating directly with internal production, operations and fabrication specialists to bring each brief to life.
- Own assigned accounts end to end, from brief through to delivery sign-off
- Hit revenue growth, upsell and client satisfaction targets
- Brief and manage external suppliers, handling quotes and lead-times
- Identify cross-sell opportunities across the full service offering
- Manage purchasing decisions with commercial awareness and budget discipline
- Act as the primary link between clients and internal delivery teams
- Support account strategy to drive long‑term retention and loyalty
The Candidate
The right Event Account Manager will have owned client relationships in a commercially driven environment, held targets and delivered against them, and coordinated across internal teams and external suppliers without losing sight of margin or quality. If the title Event Account Manager describes what you do today, this role is worth a serious look.
A background that blends account management with project coordination is particularly well suited here. Experience in brand experience, exhibitions, experiential or live events is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is a retention and upsell mindset, a confident approach to stakeholder management, and the ability to keep complex projects on track.
