THE COMPANY

This is an established and growing venue finding and event agency delivering professional, tailored corporate events across the UK and Europe. Working with associations, corporates and public sector organisations, they support clients with venue sourcing and event delivery, ranging from individual project support through to full end-to-end event management.

Operating as a small, collaborative team with ambitious growth plans, this is an environment where an Events Coordinator can have real influence, take ownership and develop alongside the business.

THE ROLE

This is a hybrid role with a strong emphasis on venue finding, alongside supporting event management delivery. The Events Coordinator will work closely with senior leadership, supporting a varied portfolio of conferences, meetings, awards and corporate events.

Duties

  • Managing venue finding projects from brief through to confirmation
  • Sourcing, negotiating and proposing suitable venues across the UK and Europe
  • Supporting event management delivery where required, including site visits and on-site support
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure requirements are met
  • Using venue sourcing and event management systems to manage enquiries and workflows
  • Supporting the ongoing development of the agency\’s event management offering

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Events Coordinator role, you will ideally come from an events agency or hotel background, with strong venue knowledge and a proactive, confident approach. Experience using venue sourcing or event management systems is advantageous, but attitude, initiative and a desire to grow are key.
