The Role
- Plan and deliver intimate executive events from concept through to post-event review
- Manage venues, suppliers, logistics and on-site delivery across international locations
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams
- Oversee budgets, financial reconciliation and programme governance
- Support broader agency project management and share best practice across the team
The Candidate
- End-to-end event planning, delivery and budget management across complex, multi-workstream projects
- Proven track record of executing international events, including overseas logistics and on-site delivery
- Stakeholder management at executive or C-suite level
- Ability to coordinate venues, suppliers and logistics across multiple simultaneous projectsExperience with executive leadership programmes or high-level corporate events is beneficial but not essential, as is familiarity with smaller, intimate event formats requiring personalised delivery or exposure to wellbeing and experiential elements. What matters most is a confident, proactive approach and the ability to represent an agency with credibility at the most senior level.
