The Role
The business is now on the lookout for an Event Co-Ordinator to help them achieve their ambitious growth plans in 2025. The Event Co-Ordinator will play a crucial role working with clients and delivering top class events.
Duties will include:
- Manage and lead a mix of small and large scale international and UK based event projects.
- Take client briefings, consult on budgets and co-ordinate with the wider team.
- Manage supplier relationships – negotiating best prices and co-ordinating sufficiently.
- Be a key point of contact on-site at events and ensure a smooth delivery on the day.
- Ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
- Regularly meet clients and report on project progress.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this Event Co-ordinator role will have a minimum of three years’ work experience in a similar role, ideally with experience either within an agency or client office or within a hotel /venue events office. You will have worked directly with clients and be able to demonstrate the delivery of an event from start to finish.
