The Company

The Role

Due to continued growth across their major corporate partnerships, they are now looking for a senior professional to join their growing global events team. This role covers every element of contract fulfillment and activation management, from interpreting complex partner briefs through to managing the client relationship and overseeing everything coming together on-site. This is a broad, high-impact role where you will utilize all of your event logistics, stakeholder influence, and project management skills, including:

  • Ensuring the seamless, premium-standard delivery of major partner programmes across a global events portfolio.
  • Converting complex partner agreements into robust operational frameworks to guide end-to-end project schedules.
  • Managing and overseeing partner-related budgets to ensure resources support commercially aligned delivery.
  • Providing clear direction and leadership to internal cross-functional teams, external suppliers, and direct reports.
  • Maintaining senior relationships with strategic partners and key corporate stakeholders to safeguard visibility and brand integrity.
  • Navigating global event standards, mitigating operational risks, and resolving complex challenges under time pressure as a dedicated Senior Partner Operations Manager.

The Candidate

We are ideally looking for candidates currently working in a similar role as a Senior Partner Operations Manager or a Senior Sponsorship Delivery Manager for either a premium live events agency, a luxury hospitality brand, or a large-scale exhibition/experiential build environment. Advanced project management capabilities, experience navigating international logistics, and a proven track record of handling high-value commercial portfolios are essential for this high-pressure position. Knowledge of global activation formats and an ability to interpret complex contractual requirements autonomously will be highly beneficial.
