Hybrid working (no minimum office days!) – This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Event Operations to join a fast growing and highly successful event supplier who provide expert staffing solutions for exciting events across the UK!

THE ROLE

To capitalise on their continued growth they are now looking for a Head of Event Operations to oversee the smooth running of the business, acting as a key member of the team to ensure seamless delivery.

As Head of Event Operations your key responsibilities will include:

-Overseeing all aspects of crewing and logistics

-Managing staffing pools of 200+ casual / event staff

-Using scheduling platforms to allocate resources

-Acting as the first point of contact for staff

-Managing small full-time teams

-Proactively solving any issues that come up

-Post-project reporting and performance oversight

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Head of Event Operations opportunity you will have an understanding of the events industry, ideally coming from an event crewing or large-scale staffing organisation, however other operational events backgrounds will also be considered. This is a fast-paced role and so they need someone who is reliable, responsible, willing to learn and proactive.
