We work across the UK events sector supporting some of the most established and renowned agencies, venues, organisers and suppliers delivering impactful and innovative projects globally. From product launches, immersive experiences, experiential activations and worldwide incentives to corporate awards, dinners and conferences our clients deliver them all and across a range of sectors.

THE ROLE

As a freelancer roles can range from a week onsite delivery to a longer term appointment working with an internal team on a large-scale project.

As an Event Project Manager your key responsibilities could include;

  • Building and developing relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Holding full responsibility for events from brief through to on-site management

  • Taking briefs directly from clients to understand their needs

  • Putting together proposals

  • Supporting on pitch presentations

  • Collaborating with internal creative and production teams

  • Liaising with external suppliers

  • Sourcing venues (UK and overseas)

  • Managing delegate registration and liaison

  • Booking travel, accommodation and other even logistics

  • Managing and reporting on budgets

  • Delegating tasks and mentoring junior team members

  • Managing events on-site (internationally)

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with proven experience working in event/production agencies in a project management capacity and who are looking for freelance opportunities in the sector.
