THE ROLE
With continued business wins and a packed calendar ahead, they\’re now looking for a Freelance Production Manager to join them and take the lead on key projects. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running and deliver exceptional end-to-end project management.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Planning, developing, and executing a variety of events across the year
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project
- Handling all event logistics – including travel, accommodation, and schedules
- Managing delegate communications and databases
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Collaborating with in-house design, production, and creative teams
- Ensuring all necessary H&S documentation and risk assessments are completed
- Managing budgets and handling post-event reconciliation
- Leading onsite delivery and overseeing production elements including AV and builds

You\’ll need to be an experienced Freelance Production Manager with a track record of running events from concept to completion – ideally within an agency setting.
